Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Camping Nehren

1. Scope of
These terms and conditions govern the reciprocal obligations and rights between the camping guest and the operator of the campsite Nehren, owner SeBaTEC in Nehren. The contractual services of the camp are organized in accordance with the present valid offers, descriptions and prices of the valid for the travel period price lists. Telephone information, additional agreements or other assurances of whatever kind, are only valid in writing and only after written confirmation by the Campsite Nehren part of the contract.

2. Reservation / Booking
Bookings can be made by phone by fax, email or during reception opening times.

3. Tour groups
Groups of 5 persons are accepted by appointment only. Basically, when a group representative authorized by the group responsible contact has to be available on site by the campsite management.

4. Adolescents
Stays by young people under 18 are allowed only if accompanied by a parent or guardian, the parents of the young people traveling with the parental rights and duties, and the transfer of responsibility. The template on which a written document of the parents is required.

5. Departure
The booked pitch must be vacated by 13.00 and to leave in a clean condition. An early departure is to give the campsite management immediately known.

6. Square utilization

7. Reporting requirements

9.Termination

10. Liability

The camping guest is obliged to treat any premises, parking space and inventory with care.

11. Campsite regulations
The campsite regulations which will be posted and will be handed out on request, are binding for all campers.

12. Parking
The vehicles of visitors and own second cars must be parked outside the camping site before the barrier.

13. General Info
The right of set-off available to the camper to only those claims that are undisputed or legally.
